Great role models, games, food, craft, and good times! What more could you want!?
Well, Big Day In also provides a unique opportunity to explore spirituality from the Bible. In a world of increasing anxiety, our team loves sharing the hope and joy Jesus has to offer. We encourage kids (and adults!) to bring along their big questions, trusting that the Bible has wonderful answers.

St Jude's Anglican Church - Traditional Building
Join us for this moving musical masterpiece, performed in the beautiful setting of St Jude's Church, by St Jude's Singers, Friends and Soloists.
Handel's Messiah is the most popular and widely performed oratorio in the Western world. Composed in 1741, it was first performed in Dublin in April 1742. The libretto was compiled by Charles Jennens from texts drawn from the King James Bible and the Coverdale Psalter.
The work is presented in three parts. Part I focuses on the prophetic promises of the Messiah, including the annunciation to the shepherds and the birth of Jesus. Part II recounts Christ's passion, death, resurrection, and ascension, culminating in the triumphant "Hallelujah" chorus. Part III celebrates the hope of redemption and the exaltation of Christ, who is worthy to receive "honour, glory and power."

Sunday 25 October, 3:30pm
Traditional Church Building
Join us for our next HymnSing at St Jude’s at 3:30pm, prior to the 4:00pm Evening Prayer Service. A HymnSing is a joyful time of congregational singing and encouragement. For centuries, Christians have gathered to sing hymns that teach biblical truth, express heartfelt faith, and unite God’s people in praise.
This HymnSing will feature several hymns based on Psalm 118, connecting us to the psalm traditionally associated with the Last Supper, as well as a selection of well-loved seasonal favourites. Whether you know every verse or simply enjoy listening and singing along, all are welcome.

Saturday 14 November, 9:00am - 3:00pm

If you are someone who needs or would like to complete safe ministry training, a face-to-face training option is available at St Stephen’s Anglican Church, Mittagong on Saturday 14 November.
