St Jude's Community
Growing up we have all kinds of experiences. To see our past filled with positive role models, safety and fun is a true gift from God. Kids involved in church benefit greatly from deeper connections to their peers and leaders.
To the world, the ministries below look like a bit of light-hearted fun. Yet, in God’s sovereignty, these small moments centered around the Bible provide a firm foundation of faith and community as our children stretch into the teenage years and into adulthood. We are so excited to see God at work in the lives of these children.

We welcome you to come and take part in our thriving Children's Ministry.
Our Kids' programs support families in teaching children the foundation of the Christian faith, the good news of Jesus.
Our team of faithful volunteers engage our kids as they journey through Old and New Testament Bible stories, leading them to recognise God's saving work in Jesus.
When: During Sunday Services at both 9:30am and 5:30pm.
Arvo Club allows kids in year 4-6 an opportunity to spend time together in a positive Christian environment.
It's the perfect place to ask all your big God questions with plenty of time and space to talk and play.
Afternoon tea is provided along with fun games in our auditorium, then we open the Bible together to be encouraged by it's amazing message of hope.
When: Friday afternoons in term time 4:00pm - 5:50pm.
Throughout the year St Jude's regularly hosts a 1 day evangelistic holiday program where children can come to hear the gospel and experience the love of Jesus.
We encourage our regular children to take the opportunity to invite their friends. The day is not only a wonderful service and outreach to the community, but has also become a chance for church members and teens to serve and share their faith.
"Children hear the name of God, some for the first time, they open His Living Word and find it has something for them. They encounter, in games and good food, and openly in teaching, the Joy of Christ."
When: During the term 1, 2 & 3 school holidays.
